Clothes

It can be cold in England even in summer so please bring long-sleeved tops, sweater or cardigan and a raincoat even in summer. We will let you know close to your departure date about the current weather forecast. You may wish to bring a collapsible umbrella.

Toiletries and laundry

We will provide towels, basic toiletries and a harirdryer. You can use our washing machine to wash clothes.

Internet access

You will be able to use wifi in the house. You can use our computer for short spells of time for example to send emails or have a Skype conversation. If you require more use of a computer, please bring your own laptop or ipad.

Passport

It is a good idea to have a photocopy of the photo page of your passport in a separate bag to your passport just in case you lose your passport.

Payment

To confirm your booking you will need to send a 20% deposit. The remainder of the money can be paid two weeks before the homestay start date, or in cash on arrival. We accept payment by Paypal or bank transfer.

Cancellation policy: If you cancel 14 days or more before your homestay start date, you will receive a full refund of your deposit. If you cancel less than 14 days before the start date, you will not receive your deposit back.
